I met my brother and my 2 nieces at Sharon Woods to take some photographs of the girls.  I had a blast being with them outside and away from civilization! Claire and Megan were great little models.  We climbed trees, walked over magic bridges, looked for frogs in the stream, swirled around with pettis…. so much fun to be young.  Here is a preview of their session.  Love my family!!!

Holly contacted me to photograph the reunion of their family.  Here is what she emailed me

My husband, Daniel, is in the US Navy and currently deployed to Qatar.

We said our tearful goodbyes on November 30th, 2008… and are looking forward to his return on June 18th! I would like to have someone come to the airport with us and photograph our reunion.  We have a daughter who will be almost 16 months old when “Daddy” sees her again.  She was a9 months when he left and barely crawling. Now she is walking, talking and into everything. There is no way for me to take photos that day, but I would really capture the reunion moments of the three of us.”

We had 11 little visitors this morning in our front yard. They just hatched today and were heading back to the creek.

Reminds me of a Raffi song “Five Little Ducks” that I use to sing with my kids.

Love my Grandson, Konner and my daughter, Emily.  Emily talked me into going to take pictures outside in the backyard.  How could I resist!?

I had the opportunity to photograph an adorable family at Sharon Woods on Sunday!!  The twins were so much fun!!

We also helped nature by spreading several wildflower seeds!   Yum… large swirly suckers work great as a bribe!!

I traveled to Tennessee with 30 of my photography friends from the Phaunt forum.  We had the opportunity to shoot several models at Cades Cove.  Taryn and Adam have been married for 2 years, but you would have thought they were married that day!

Konner’s first Easter.  Yes, I put bunny ears on him!  Happy Easter all!
