Photography may be used and reproduced in printed and online publications for the purpose of marketing promotions, advertising, and photography/art competitions.
I understand and agree to the Model Release of this Client Terms Agreement.

COPYRIGHT POLICY
All images are the property of Cindy Dover Photography and are protected by federal copyright laws. It is against the law to copy, scan, download, screen shot, print, e-mail, or reproduce these images in any way without written permission. Copying images without permission is punishable by up to a $150,000 fine. Cindy Dover Photography retains the right to all images for promotional or competitive use. Cindy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who copies her work without permission. Copyright violators will be prosecuted.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment is due upon ordering via cash, check or Pay Pal. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Rush orders may be possible upon request. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Art Photo Albums as these are published by a printing press in the same manner as publishing a book.
ONLINE GALLERY
The online gallery is available to you to view, select and order your photos. For your privacy, the gallery is accessed through a password. You may allow family/friends access to view and select photos. (if online viewing is not an option, please let me know)
• Your online gallery will open approximately 14 days from the session date, I will notify you when it is ready for viewing.
• The gallery will be available for 10 days (please attempt to place your order within the 10 days).
• A $50 fee is required to republish a gallery after expiration.
• The entire gallery will be retained and available for republishing for 60 days after the session date.
• Any images not ordered or kept for portfolio use within 60 days from the session date, will be purged.
• Ordered images and images kept for portfolio use will be archived for one year.
• All prices are subject to change. Prices in effect at the time of the session will be honored for 60 days. Prices in effect at the time of ordering will apply to all orders placed more than 60 days after the session date.
CLIENT POLICIES
Session Fee
A session fee of $125 is due at the time of booking as a retainer to secure your appointment. The session fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 30 days. Please give at least 24-hours notice to reschedule. No-shows forfeit the session fee. Photographs and other keepsakes are purchased separately. In the event of poor weather, outdoor sessions may reschedule or switch to an indoor location.
The session fee covers
• Up to 2 hours of photography at one location of your choice. ($75 for additional locations)
• Unlimited clothing changes
• Slideshow of your photo shoot
• Use of personal online gallery to view your images
• Choice of ordering process: online, email, phone, in-person
• Cost of my travel to session location, up to 20 miles (additional travel fees quoted upon request)
